Sargent & Lundy Announces 2019 Executive Appointments

Sargent & Lundy is pleased to announce several executive appointments effective in January 2019


January 14, 2019 - Sargent & Lundy announced today several executive appointments effective January 2019. Thomas Foley has been appointed as a senior vice president of the firm. Kevin Huberty, Eric Monson and Alan Wilson have been appointed as vice presidents.

Foley is a senior vice president and senior project director for Sargent & Lundy’s electric grid infrastructure business based in Wilmington, Delaware. He also leads power delivery efforts for the firm’s Hamilton, New Jersey, and Charlotte, North Carolina offices. Foley is a member of The Ohio State University - Nuclear Engineering Advisory Board and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He has a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.

Huberty is a vice president and project director for Sargent & Lundy’s nuclear power business based in Chicago. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and licensed Structural Engineer, holds a Project Management Professional certification and has co-authored technical papers on the seismic design of structures. Huberty earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Monson is a vice president and project director for Sargent & Lundy’s electric grid infrastructure business based in Chicago. He is responsible for directing engineering and design services for new and existing transmission, distribution and renewable energy projects for key clients as well as business development. Monson contributes to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as a member of the power system relaying and control committee. He has a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer.

Wilson is a vice president and project director for Sargent & Lundy’s nuclear power business based in Chicago. He currently manages multiple engineer of choice contracts with key U.S. nuclear clients. Wilson is responsible for directing and providing oversight to the engineering, design and support services being completed at multiple nuclear facilities in the Midwest. He earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
