The March 30, 2015, issue of ENR Midwest featured the Michigan City Dry FGD retrofit project.  The article, "Preassembly Puts Plant Upgrade in Ship Shape," highlighted how the team collaborated to overcome the challenges of the plant's tight site by prefabricating major components offsite and delivering them by barge to the plant, located on Lake Michigan.
