Talha Ali, a senior energy consultant at Sargent & Lundy, is participating as an expert panelist alongside representatives from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Rolls Royce.

Ali’s portion of the webinar will discuss using renewable resources, battery energy storage systems, and internal combustion engines when constructing islanded microgrids. His expertise can help clients optimize costs in this developing field. Additionally, the panel will cover NREL’s REopt Lite web tool as well as efficient and resilient microgrid design.
