November 5, 2021 - Sargent & Lundy’s Chicago headquarters has been named a “Top Workplace” by the Chicago Tribune for the seventh consecutive year. The firm ranked 14 in the Large Employers category.
The honor is determined by feedback gathered through anonymous employee surveys measuring several aspects of workplace culture. This year, the firm had its highest survey participation rate of all time.
Sargent & Lundy received its highest survey score in response to the statement, "I feel well-informed about important decisions at Sargent & Lundy." Survey results also indicated employees believe senior managers understand what’s really happening at the firm.

The third-party survey was administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. Its research shows that Top Workplace organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels.
