August 22, 2022 – Sargent & Lundy’s Delaware office has been awarded a 2022 Top Workplaces honor by The News Journal for the fourth consecutive year. The firm was ranked number 6 in the midsize employers category.

The recognition is determined by feedback collected from anonymous employee surveys that measure several aspects of workplace culture. The highest survey score given by employees was in response to the statement, "There is good interdepartmental cooperation at Sargent & Lundy." Other top survey results indicated employees feel the firm encourages different points of view and operates by strong values.

The third-party survey was administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

Sargent & Lundy has also been continuously included among the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces since 2016 in addition to being named a Top Workplaces USA employer in 2021 and 2022. These recognitions illustrate one of the firm’s six core values – “Our People: We value diverse perspectives, encourage professional growth, and are committed to providing a work community where people thrive. Our work is challenging but rewarding.”
