Sargent & Lundy Recognized for Exceptional Employee Engagement

Firm earns third Top Workplaces USA award based entirely on employee feedback


February 3, 2023 – Sargent & Lundy has been awarded a Top Workplaces USA honor for the third year in a row; the inaugural Top Workplaces USA list was published in 2021. The firm has also been recognized regionally by the Chicago Tribune as a "Top Workplace" in Chicago since 2015 and by The Delaware News Journal as a "Top Workplace" in Wilmington since 2019.

The awards are based solely on quantitative employee feedback collected in an anonymous employee engagement survey facilitated by Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

In addition to measuring employee engagement, the Top Workplaces survey gauges employee’s sentiments toward culture drivers, leadership, and other key workplace elements like compensation packages, benefits, employee well-being, professional development, and performance expectations. Survey results are evaluated against industry-leading benchmarks established from 16 years of research and data compiled from 27 million employees across more than 70,000 organizations.
