About the Co-Presenters
Delfo Bianchini, P.E. is the executive vice president and director of Sargent & Lundy’s nuclear power business. Bianchini has more than 39 years of experience with Sargent & Lundy, focused primarily on nuclear power projects. He is responsible for the overall management of all nuclear new generation and nuclear services work performed by Sargent & Lundy. During his tenure as a Project Director, Bianchini led the firm’s execution of major nuclear projects for multiple clients in the United States and internationally. Bianchini has a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Northwestern University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Roger Coppel, P.E. is a senior vice president and project director for Sargent & Lundy. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Coppel has 38 years of experience in the engineering, design, and management of nuclear power plant projects. He serves as Sargent & Lundy's management lead for nuclear license renewal. Coppel has a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.

Russell Light is a senior consultant for Sargent & Lundy. He has more than 30 years of experience providing environmental compliance, licensing, and permitting support for power projects throughout the United States. Light has experience with all major federal environmental programs, including the National Environmental Policy Act, and has worked on environmental licensing and permitting of nuclear power plants. Light has a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from Northwestern University and pursued his graduate studies in environmental engineering.

Andrew Taylor, P.E. is a senior manager for Sargent & Lundy’s license renewal services. He has 37 years of experience from the nuclear Navy and Entergy Nuclear, and he’s worked on 12 different license renewal projects. Taylor directs integrated plant analyses, evaluations of time-limited aging analyses, review of aging management programs, and development of environmental reports. Additionally, he spearheads Sargent & Lundy’s ongoing support of industry groups such as the Nuclear Energy Institute’s (NEI) License Renewal Task Force and associated Working Groups, and coordinates industry review of Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and NEI guidance for subsequent license renewal. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
