• Technical Field Advisor (TFA)

  We offer field support and technical expertise for new construction, outages, upgrades, and start-up and testing. TFAs seamlessly integrate and actively collaborate with your project team and can function in several technical capacities. Typical work may include:

  • Document reviews and interpretations
  • Random contractor surveillance and construction monitoring
  • Checks for project design specifications, site work procedures, and documentation
  • Any other technical needs

• Owner’s or Lender’s Representative

  If you’re an owner or lender with limited staff, resources, or expertise, Sargent & Lundy can act as your representative. This engagement may cover an entire project or a limited review, regardless of whether our firm is the engineer on your project.
• Vendor Surveillance

  We offer surveillance services at a vendor’s facility that can help achieve quality and an expedited project timeline. Our experienced vendor surveillance team will:

  • Monitor production and vendor adherence to quality control programs, specification requirements, and project schedules
  • Perform shop inspections for work in progress, as well as hold or witness point inspections
  • Expedite equipment deployment

Construction Management
