October 19, 2023 – Based on employee feedback, Sargent & Lundy has been awarded three new Culture Excellence Awards from Top Workplaces USA. The firm was recognized for its commitment to employee well-being, employee appreciation, and professional development.
Sargent & Lundy has been a national Top Workplace for the past three years – since the honor was established – and has earned regional honors in Delaware since 2019 and at its Chicago headquarters since 2015. It has ranked among the top tier of companies nationally to gain culture excellence for compensation and benefits for the past three years, and earlier this year the company was awarded for its leadership, innovation, and purpose and values.

The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards are based on anonymous employee surveys that measure a company’s culture through its values, direction, employee appreciation, professional development, open-mindedness, innovation, and leadership. The results are compiled and analyzed by Energage, LLC, a research and consulting firm that tracks employee engagement.
More than 80% of Sargent & Lundy’s employees participated in the survey. According to the results, the firm scored among the top employers in the country for placing a focus on developing employees’ careers, putting health and wellness at the center of workplace culture, and encourage a positive environment where employees are genuinely appreciated.
