September 15, 2020 – Sargent & Lundy’s Delaware office has been awarded a 2020 Top Workplaces honor by The News Journal for the second consecutive year. The firm was ranked number 17 in the midsize employers category.
The honor is determined by feedback collected from anonymous employee surveys that measure several aspects of workplace culture. Like last year, the highest survey score given by employees was in response to the statement, "There is good interdepartmental cooperation at Sargent & Lundy." Other top survey results indicated employees feel senior managers understand what is really happening at the firm, the firm is heading in the right direction, and employees do things efficiently and well.
Sargent & Lundy has also received the Top Workplaces honor for five consecutive years from The Chicago Tribune and has been named among America’s Best Midsize Employers by Forbes.
The third-party survey was administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.
