October 17, 2023 – For the fifth straight year, Sargent & Lundy’s Delaware employees gave the firm a spot on The News Journal’s Top Workplaces list. The firm ranked 12th among midsize employers with fewer than 400 people.
The annual rankings are based on anonymous employee surveys that measure workplace culture, engagement, leadership, and whether employees feel fairly valued through pay, benefits, and work-life flexibility. The results are compiled and analyzed by Energage, LLC, a research and consulting firm that tracks employee engagement.
Sargent & Lundy’s Delaware employees gave the highest ratings to the company’s leadership and culture, responding positively to questions about the firm moving in the right direction, nurturing an inclusive workplace, and encouraging different points of view. The company’s commitment to innovation by encouraging new ideas throughout the organization also ranked high among employees.
