Scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 28 from 12 to 1 p.m. CDT, the panel discussion will delve into the multifaceted issues surrounding talent retention in the structural engineering market, with a particular focus on the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Participating alongside a group of experts from various sectors of the industry, Russell will explore the current state of the SE market, highlight key findings from recent surveys, and provide insights into how firms can create a culture that attracts, supports, and retains their best engineers. He’ll also speak to the importance of a manager’s role in retention.
