February 1, 2022 - Sargent & Lundy has once again been recognized as one of the USA’s Top Workplaces. This is the second annual Top Workplaces USA list issued by the organization; the inaugural list, published in 2021, also included Sargent & Lundy.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Sargent & Lundy received its highest survey score in response to the statement, "I feel well-informed about important decisions at Sargent & Lundy." Survey results also indicated employees believe senior managers understand what’s really happening at the firm.
