March 20, 2024 – Sargent & Lundy has been named to the 2024 Top Workplaces USA list, ranking 21st out of companies with more than 2,500 employees and marking its fourth consecutive year to receive this prestigious recognition. Top Workplaces awards are based solely on data from employee surveys measuring positive employee feedback and engagement. The firm has achieved this honor every year since it was established in 2021, and for the first time the award has been recognized by USA TODAY.

Top Workplaces USA is considered the gold standard of employer recognition programs because of its methodology and data-driven insights gathered from millions of employees at thousands of companies across the country. Winning companies are determined by the results of a confidential employee engagement survey conducted by Energage, a Pennsylvania-based research company that independently analyzes and identifies Top Workplaces. The survey measures employee engagement based on key benchmarks focused on perceptions of fairness, growth opportunities, inclusion, communication and collaboration, and shared beliefs in the company’s direction, values, and meaning.
More than 2,200 employers participated in the survey process and Energage ranked the top 100 employers in each of four size categories. Sargent & Lundy was ranked among employers with 2,500 or more employees.
